MegaSys Technical Support is looking for additional team members! Our support personnel are responsible for providing front line technical support to users of our network management software Telenium. The successful individuals will be organized, able to multi-task, and deal with critical incidents in a timely and effective manner. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Familiarity with telecommunications principles, Linux environments, and scripting language are assets. Experience with Jira Service Desk configuration and administration is advantageous.  The selected candidates will thrive in a team environment with a minimum of supervision and will maintain professionalism under stress.
