Registered users have access to our online ticket tracking and management system. You can open new tickets and check on the status of existing tickets by going to support.megasys.com.
Registered users also have access to our product and documentation download site. The download site contains client applications, server patches, operating system updates and product documentation.
All that is needed to be approved for access is a valid Extended Support Services (ESS) contract. There is no restriction on the number of users from each company that may be authorized. Please register here and we will contact you within two business days with the details of your connection account.
